Hi, I’m Thea Litsios.

I help individuals from college students to mid-career professionals discover a career that aligns with their natural strengths and unique gifts. With the tools I have available my clients can choose a career with confidence; a career that is both meaningful and fulfilling.

I have spent many years in careers that I loved, and some I did not, but I was always seeking that perfect combination that would allow me to say, “I am finally home.” I have found that in Career Coaching.

My own professional journey was not a straight line to career coaching. I majored in art and became a photojournalist. As much as I loved it I always knew there was another career beckoning me. I never would have guessed that decades later I would be helping others discover their ideal career.  

For most individuals it has never been easy to answer the question: “What are you going to be?” The last few years have made that question even harder to answer. The interruptions of the last few years have made many question their career choices and long for something deeper and more fulfilling. College students are questioning the major they chose. Confusion and changes in the workplace has many professionals questioning their career choice. Asking “Is there something better out there for me?” has become more common.
